Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations should be made by phoning the main contact phone number 020 37012399 at least 24 hours before the appointment is due to take place, social media message, text message or email will not be accepted as a means of cancelling an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be subject to the full appointment cost. If a patient does not attend the appointment full payment of the missed appointment must be made before a new appointment can be booked.

You will receive a covid related questionnaire 24 hours before your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if it is not completed and returned upon starting the appointment, with the full appointment fee payable.
