SIGN UP FOR THE BEAR NECESSETIES
Peak performance is morning to early afternoon. Following the sun with sleep schedules with a bedtime around 10pm.
Watch out for energy dipping in the late afternoon, so practice lines and routines in the mornings. Bears typically prefer daytime rehearsals and matinee performances.
