Possibly the simplest but least used exercise in the World. Running on the spot is usually reserved for PE lessons but in reality it can be a super accessible way to get your heart rate up on predictable terrain with absolutely no equipment required. If you're stuck for space, time or equipment you still have access to this movement and executing it with intent will get you into the fat boring or anaerobic zones of work pretty quickly.
