Skater Squat - Bilateral

A great choice if you are trying to get comfortable sitting into a greater depth or squat. The counterbalance provided by the weights being held allows a greater feeling of control as you move deeper into the movement, by allowing you to put your weight into the mid-to-rear foot throughout the exercise.
