T-Raise

Following on from the T-Raise hold, the T-Raise starts the moving through range in this pattern. It is a deceptively difficult pattern to execute and often people will move into this or load the pattern too early when they had not earned the right. This can be a very useful pattern with those who have had a shoulder injury history but are not currently painful, as it targets the posterior deltoid that so often detrains in the presence of pain and needs specific exercise to help establish its influence over the shoulder.
