3-Point Adductor Squeeze

A simple but effective entry level exercise for the adductors, the 3-point squeeze will ensure you bias different adductors with each squeeze as each have a slightly different moment arm when it comes to creating adduction. The isometric nature of the exercise ensures a constant stream to tension which is good for preparing the adductor tendons for loading, and is therefore equally at home in a warm up or as a development exercise when you're starting your adductor strengthening journey.
